    Is This Doc Ock?

When The Spectacular Spider-Man began airing on The Kids’ WB! on The CW, I knew there was something very familiar about the art style that I had seen somewhere before. I was right, and following the Deviant art site on a regular basis, I found this picture of Otto Octavius.

Is this your first look? I don’t know, but you can see the full image after the jump.

The picture is indeed of Doctor Octopus. They showed Octavius last weekend in the Rhino Episode, When they’re making him into the Rhino, Otto is controlling the widgets with his extra arms, though they didn’t explain how he got them or if they were molded on or what. Go back and look again it’s in the first 2 minutes of the episode, before the credits.

He was also in the Sandman episode, also working the buttons and knobs to make Marko into the Sandman. Still no explanation for why he’s got the arms, though.
