Things aren’t looking too good for the fourth Indiana Jones film. First it was the “surprise” announcement of the movie’s title on the MTV Video Awards, then an extra on the set breached his confidentiality agreement by blabbing his mouth to his hometown paper.
The latest hit to the production is the apparent theft of computers, photographs, and propriety information from the production offices.
A spokesman for director Steven Spielberg confirmed the theft but could not comment on when or where the alleged crime occurred because “a law enforcement investigation is ongoing.”
Not that this is anything to worry about – production won’t be set back because of a simple theft. However, be on the lookout on all those gossip sites for this information to begin appearing.
UPDATE: Good News Everyone! Another website is reporting a sting went down and the thief was caught trying to sell the goods to TMZ.com for $2,000.
