It’s only a few days until Halloween … tomorrow night, in fact! I just returned from a horror-themed convention named Spooky Empire, held in the Orlando area. All this made me think about the role of horror in the comics industry. I have to say … it’s a pretty big one!
Image Comics has released another wave of Walking Dead variant covers that will grace covers coming our way by the end of the year. It’s all part of Image Comics’ 25th Anniversary Celebration.

Acto Daniel Zovatto (It Follows, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.), has been cast in season 2 of AMC’s Fear the Walking Dead. While details about who Zovatto might be playing or how his character will affect the pre-existing world of Fear the Walking Dead have yet to be revealed, but the show has begun filming it’s second season in Mexico. The Walking Dead spin-off series Fear the Walking Dead is not the end of the ever expanding Kirkman universe over at AMC. President of original programming a development at AMC and SundanceTV, Joel Stillerman has announced that Walking Dead fans can now look forward to a webseries spinning out of Fear the Walking Dead.
