MOVIE: Lead vampire found for Lincoln flick
When a trailer for Seth Grahame-Smith’s Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter hit the Intardwebz, it seemed like a great way to promote a book. Little did we know the book would get turned into a movie with Benjamin Walker playing the emancipating, vampire slaying, leader of the free world.

This morning we learn that Rufas Sewell has landed the role of Adam, the lead vampire in the movie being released by 20th Century Fox. According to Variety, Vampire Hunter is scheduled to be a June 22, 2012 tent-pole event that will presented in glorious 3-D.

With advanced solicitations we get a glimpse of what is to come three months in the future. October means Halloween, and Halloween means Vampires. Vampires are all the rage at Marvel right now, and the company released a peek at the Vampire variant covers spilling across the company titles in October.
Checking in with M10
Magic 2010, or M10 premiered last weekend. I had the chance to go to a couple release events and finally got a chance to play this highly anticipated and somewhat controversial new set.

Radical Publishing increases page count

Radical Publishing has announced a brand new campaign it is calling Bigger Books! Bigger Value! The aim is to increase the number of pages of its books, while keeping the price at $4.99. Series like Incarnate by Nick Simmons will get a 56-page jump, Federal Vampire and Zombie Agency by David Hine, will get 64-pages, and Earp: Saints and Sinners from Matt Cirulnick and M. Zachary Sherman will jump to 72-pages.
The $4.99 campaign kicks off in August.
