I’ve mentioned the Clockwork Storybook men more than once on Major Spoilers.  We’ve had the pleasure of welcoming Matthew Sturges and Mark Finn to the Major Spoilers Podcast, and while I continue to work on the other two scribes, Chris Roberson surprises the hell out of me by posting Dusty Abell’s fantastic homage to the great sci-fi television series from the 70’s and 80’s. You really need to click the thumbnail below to get the full image and appreciate the work that went into this piece.  How many characters and shows can you name? Guess what is now my new

The children of X-Men are being introduced to the Marvel Universe, but who are they? “I think people are going to get a kick out of this new generation of X-Men that Chris and Patrick Scherberger have created,” said Senior Editor Mark Paniccia. “They’re students expected to carry on the legacy of their forefathers and foremothers, but they’re also kids with aspirations of their own. What’s life like for a mutant in a world where most of the original X-Men are long gone? The story plays to Chris’s strengths in character development and Patrick’s art has an energy that makes

News of the Strange

In one of the weirdest stories I’ve seen in a long time, a jury has found former comic book shop owner Michael George guilty of shooting his wife 17 years ago. Defense attorney Carl Marlinga rested his case Thursday after calling 12 witnesses, including George’s mother, who testified her son was at her Hazel Park home on the evening of Barbara George’s murder. Neither Michael George nor his current wife — with whom he was having an affair with at the time of the murder — took the stand in the trial. The case was reopened in late 2006 by
