Who would have thought the week after the San Diego Comic Con would be full of such interesting moments? Here’s a look back at what you may have missed last week.
What is in store for the comic book and pop culture universe this week? Take the ride with us, and let’s find out together.

Marvel sent over the new logo that will be adorning the cover of the Fantastic Four covers beginning with #570. In the words of Rodrigo, “I like it”. It works for a four member team, but let’s hope they don’t try to do the same thing with The Avengers.

This issue: Rodrigo and Stephen review the Warner Home Video release of Green Lantern: First Flight. The Major Spoilers Crew then takes a crack at Boom! Studios’ take on Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep.

Rodrigo sent me an e-mail telling me that I needed to check out Chris Stevens’ artwork, and I’m glad he did. The stuff he’s doing with ink, markers, crayons and more really astound. As we move into the weekend, here’s some Dark Phoenix to keep you warm.
Boom! Studios announced that The Muppet Show comic book guru Roger Langridge will be at the San Diego Comic-Con at the company’s booth (#2543).
Langridge will be present at the BOOM! Studios booth for the entire show — and at special times, he will be signing… oh, we’ll tell you later… but trust us, you’ll want this!
Roger will also be hosting THE MUPPET SHOW COMIC PANEL Sunday, July 26th at 10am in Room 32AB to talk about his work on the well-loved franchise.
Sounds pretty cool to me! Rodrigo has given positive reviews of The Muppet Show comic book on the Major Spoilers Podcast, and if you are fan of the Muppets, get your books signed by Langridge will be a big win.

I’m pleasantly surprised how many members of the Legion of Major Spoilerites got a kick out of the Major Spoilers 3rd Birthday Dungeons and Dragons Special. For those of you that want to experience our entire coverage, here’s that list in order:
It’s also interesting to note, that it took us a year to go from the initial discussion of the 4th edition all the way through our first dungeon crawl. And for those of you who want to know if we will continue this series, you should probably download the next Major Spoilers Podcast.

This issue: As part of the Major Spoilers third birthday celebration, the Major Spoilers Crew begin an epic journey playing the 4th Edition of Dungeons and Dragons.
In this installment, listeners learn all about character creation as Stephen Schleicher creates Orem Rivendorn as Dungeon Master Rodrigo looks on.

Building up to the 100th episode of the Major Spoilers Podcast, the crew took the time to test out their systems, to see what works, and what doesn’t work. Last week, the trio of Matthew, Rodrigo, and Stephen took recorded an episode that went up on Ustream, the Major Spoilers site, and much more. For those of you who missed it, here is the result.

Tonight, the Major Spoilers Crew of Stephen and Rodrigo (and maybe even Matthew if he is home on time) will be streaming a live pre-show/bonus episode of the Major Spoilers Podcast. We’ll start the Ustream feed around 8:00 PM Central Daylight Time (CDT), where we’ll talk about the new Star Trek movie, answer questions from the chat room, and talk with those who call in live to the show.
This live show event is all part of the tests Major Spoilers is conducting, leading up to our 100th podcast extravaganza!
If you get a chance, join us for the show. I’ll put the feed on the front page of Major Spoilers for all to view. It will only be up during the live feed, so if you miss it, you’ll have to wait until the show is posted on Saturday.

This week was an incredibly busy one, but still there were moments that brought new information to the forefront. Here’s our rundown of cool things you may have missed during the week.
