Check this out space fans, Marvel Custom, NASA and the Center for the Advancement of Science in Space have announced that Groot and Rocket Raccoon will be part of the official mission patch as part of an official ISS mission for 2016.

At Major Spoilers, we love Guardians of the Galaxy. Sure it has its weak plot points and a few elements that don’t make a lot of sense, but it does have a giant walking tree and a talking raccoon. Though we’ve seen plenty of life-sized baby Groot figures and statues floating around, we haven’t seen any life-size homages to Rocket until now.
