As Thornton Wilder once said, “All good things must come to an end, but all bad things can continue forever,” a quote that seems eerily appropriate for LOCKE & KEY. While at times frighteningly dark and brutally violent, Joe Hill and Gabriel Rodriguez’s Eisner-winning series has also sailed on winds of high fantasy and elaborate mystery, striking a mesmerizing balance and attracting a fervent and dedicated audience. While new issues may cease to appear before too long, the unique and vivid memories will live on in fans’ minds and shelves forever.
IDW Publishing fills the need for more Locke & Key stories with this week’s release of Locke & Key: Grindhouse. Major Spoilers couldn’t wait to read the issue, and share its review with you.

Twenty-five years ago, the Keepers of the Keys attempted one last daring adventure. Even the best laid plans can go awry, and the result still haunts family members today. The final issue of Clockworks has arrived, and Joe Hill and Gabriel Rodriguez don’t disappoint.
This is the moment we’ve all been waiting for, many questions are answered, as shivers (or is it evil tapeworms) run up and down your spine.
Fans of Locke & Key have one more ring to collect from Skelton Crew Studio. The Moon Key went live in the Skelton Crew Studio store over the weekend, and if you are one of the first 400 to buy one, you’ll get a card signed by Joe Hill, writer of the IDW series.
