A friend of mine trying to qualify for nationals at the Magic: The Gathering event in Kansas City overheard one of the developers slip up and reveal the name of the next set after “Zendikar,†The second set in the Live/Long/Prosper block will be named “World Breaker.â€
This is a surprisingly big bit of news since it’s one of the few clues we have about “Live†so far.

Good friend of Major Spoilers, James attended the Kansas City Planet ComiCon this past weekend, and sent us a plethora of images from the event.
I’ve enjoyed Chad’s work for several years (I own several of his sketches), and it is always good to see him on the line up at the Kansas City Planet ComiCon (happening this weekend!). Here’s just a tiny sample of Chad’s work, you can see more at his website, but beware, bare breasts abound.
It’s only a few hours away from me, but with my cold, I don’t think I’ll be able to attend this year’s Mo-Kan Comics Conspiracy in Kansas City. But if you are in the area, I suggest you check it out as Sergio Aragones will be in attendance to meet and greet comic fans.

In case you are wondering, that represents the sum total of my purchases at the Kansas City Planet ComiCon. One of the bad things about trying to collect high quality back issues from the early to mid Silver Age is you end up spending a lot of money – A LOT OF MONEY. I can’t believe how much I went through in just one hour, and barely scratched my want list.
