With all the shakeup going on with the one time hit Heroes, NBC has re-upped Aron Coleite and Joe Pokaski as writers for the series.  One wonders if they’ll be the ones penning the potential lesbian romance in the show, or if they’ll proceed to lead the mutants those with powers further down the road to telling an interesting story that will capture the magic of the first season. One thing we do know is Pokaski will be replacing Greg Beeman as the producer for the fourth season. via Variety

Let’s see that again from the other angle If you haven’t figured it out by now, I’m a sucker for good girl art, and Zenescope has got to be the company with the most curvaceous lovelies in its titles. Grimm Fairy Tales features those ladies, but for some reason, by the end of the most current issue, those girls who think they are better than us normal people always meet their grizzled end.  In the case of issue #36, the pretty girl gets killed… again.

Stealing art and dimension jumping for fun and profit When I first saw Jeff Smith’s cover for RASL #1, I must say I was less than impressed with what was coming from the Bone creator. Then slowly but surely I began to hear rumors that this was going to be a great series. Then low and behold, the first issue arrived at my doorstep a few weeks ago and I got to find out what all the hullabaloo was for myself. They say you can’t judge a book by its cover, and I’m going to have to agree.
