Check out the Green Lantern Power Battery

When the Green Lantern movie arrives, there’s a pretty good chance you’re going to know everything about the movie going into it, thanks to the Intardwebz, and the various sites posting images left and right.  We’re jumping on that spoilery bandwagon with this shot of the Lantern Power Battery.

If you look closely, you may notice some kind of symbol in the lantern – a flaw, if you will, that is a big heads up on Parallax impurity contained within.

Mattel shows off Green Lantern figures

The second wave of the Green Lantern Classics line will arrive in next year, and Mattel is showing off the figures.  The line includes Nautkellol, Medphyll, Skallox, Night Lik, and a secret figure that will appear in the upcoming movie, but due to the action figure release schedule, will actually debut as an action figure before a movie character.

There’s a whole lot shakin’ in the cosmic portions of the DC Universe lately, what with the strange corpses who stopped living and became mixed-up cosmic zombies, the rewriting of the books of Oa, half a dozen new Corps to compete with the Guardians boys in green, and pretty much life, death and the whole cosmic enchilada flying back and forth.  During all of this, Guy Gardner and Guardian Ganthet have made an unspecified deal with a particular devil, in the hopes of protecting the universe at large.  They probably forget how badly those sorts of things tend to go…
