Dallas Comic Con will present “One Fine Sunday in the Funny Pages,” a traveling exhibition of cartoon art, May 17-19 at the Irving Convention Center, in the exhibit’s only Texas engagement. This unique display features the original art of more than 100 syndicated comic strips and panels, all published in newspapers across North America on the same Sunday – April 11, 2010.

Actors Patrick Stewart, Val Kilmer and TV’s original Dynamic Duo – Adam West and Burt Ward – join a long list of comic artists and media guests for the largest Dallas Comic Con yet on May 19 and 20. Presented by legendary comic book writer Stan Lee, the show will celebrate its 10th anniversary at the 300,000-square-foot Irving Convention Center in Irving, Texas.

The prolific artist is already a legend in the industry, and within the last year has experienced a new level of fame thanks to the big screen adaptation of his comic book KICK-ASS. John rarely makes appearances, but will be signing at the show both days, making this convention a “can’t miss” event. The looks to be the most incredible show Dallas has ever seen.
