Major Spoilers Question Of The Day: You Must Beware His Wrath Edition

One of the awesome pluses of having a Digital Video Recorder is that ability to save certain shows in an easily accessible format indefinitely.  My DVR contains a number of gems, including the Batman: The Brave and The Bold episode “Mayhem of The Music Meister,” a true classic of both the superhero and musical genres.  Naysayers would bray that Batman could NEVER work in the format of a musical, but naysayers are, by and large, full of beans.

The MS-QOTD (pronounced, as always, “misquoted”) gives you a C, a bouncy C, asking: What character or property would make for the most awesome full-on musical?

VIDEO: The Batgirl Animated series we really want to see

During the Mitefall episode of Batman: The Brave and the Bold, the 5th dimension imp was able to cast his gaze on this CGI animated trailer for a Batgirl series.

Now tell me, who doesn’t want to see this done up as an animated show for DC’s upcoming block of animation on the Cartoon Network? I for sure would sit down and watch it every week… and buy it on iTunes… and TiVo it… and make sure everyone in the Spoilerite Nation got on the bandwagon…

Really.

Want to be Blue Beetle? You can.

When Batman: The Brave and the Bold – The Videogame arrives fans will not only get to play Batman, but Blue Beetle, and a number of other heroes as well.

Batman: The Brave and the Bold the Videogame fully immerses fans into the vivid animated world of the successful TV series where kids can play as Batman or together with family and friends in two-player co-op mode. Players can choose from iconic characters ROBIN, GREEN LANTERN, BLUE BEETLE, along with drop-in heroes such as AQUAMAN to help solve puzzles and fight foes. The game also features the majority of the great voice talent responsible for characters in the animated TV series.

The image above shows Blue Beetle and Batman in action as the duo fight gorillas.

Batman: Brave and the Bold video game trailer arrives

There are two things my young son really gets into; watching Batman: The Brave and the Bold, and playing on the Wii.  Before the year is out, it looks like he’ll get to combine the two as the popular animated series gets the Wii treatment.  Trailer and more information, after the jump!

Batman: The Brave and the Bold video game announced

Here’s some cool news; Batman: The Brave and the Bold is getting the video game treatment thanks to Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment.  Matthew, Rodrigo and I were raving about the series just the other day, and knowing two of the three of us actively play videogames, I foresee this in a couple of stockings near the holidays.

Check the complete press release after the jump.
