/Film got the scoop that Matthew Vaughn’s Kick-Ass will make an appearance at the San Diego Comic-Con, showing footage from the film. The panel will take place on Thursday, July 23 towards the end of the day. Vaughn will be in attendance, along with some of the film’s cast members (to be announced later). My bet is the footage will be pretty tame or else the panel will be a 17 and up affair. via /Film

Since the New York Comic Con is taking place this weekend, and since NYC is the supposed center of the universe, why not kick off these EIC Cage Match Battles with the head honchos from DC and Marvel. FIGHT!
