CONVENTION: Walking Dead variant cover debuts at Wizard World St. Louis

Arthur Suydam to appear at Long Beach Comic Con

The Hero Initiative has announced that Marvel artist Arthur Suydam will appear at the 2nd Annual Long Beach Comic Con as their special guest. If you like your zombies all zombified and horrific, Suydam will be in artist alley for the duration of the show to meet and chat with fans. No word if he will be doing sketches or selling art, but it seems like a good way to get some of your comics signed.

SDCC ’09: Radical shows off Arthur Suydam statue at Comic-Con

Majestic, battle-ready and ruthless, Arthur Suydam’s beloved antiheroes Cholly & Flytrap are finally physically realized with a gorgeous and detailed bronze figurine to be displayed at this year’s San Diego Comic-Con International 2009. Hand sculpted by Suydam himself, this figurine is the first of a very limited signed and numbered quantity to be produced by Radical Toyz, a wholly owned subsidiary of Radical Publishing. The figurine displays Cholly sitting on top of his sumo-sized companion Flytrap heading off into incredible action, adventure or trouble that comes their way.

Radical Offers Limited Edition 3D Cover at NYCC’09

Radical Publishing will give away a special limited and numbered 3-D edition of its New York Comic-Con ashcan to convention-goers who attend its all-star preview panel at the show. Featuring a special 3-D cover and glasses, this rare edition, limited to 300 copies, is only available as a FREE gift to attendees of the panel, hosted by Rick Marshall of MTV Splash Page, on Saturday, February 7th at 5:15 p.m. in room 1A07.
