Show Notes after the Jump!
FROM THE VAULT: Superman: Unbound
The DC animated films that Warner Bros. have been releasing regularly for the last few years have been mostly great. While I’m not the biggest fan of Superman, one can still appreciate the Big Blue Boy Scout. Since Superman: Unbound came out earlier this month and we here at Major Spoilers have a review for you just pass the jump.
THE MERCH: Pathfinder Apparel
Paizo Publishing, LLC, publisher of the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game (RPG), and OffWorld Designs, Inc. announced the licensing of the Pathfinder RPG brand for t-shirts, backpacks, and messenger bags. The first shirt will feature the cover art from the Pathfinder RPG Core Rulebook by artist Wayne Reynolds (image after the jump).
REVIEW: G.I. Joe – A Real American Hero #190
Or – “Knowing Is Approximately 50% Of Any Given Conflict…”
The original continuity of G.I. Joe was largely the brainchild of Larry Hama, who was originally tasked by Marvel Comics to help put together the action series line, and was the primary writer of the original figure card “dossiers”, one of the things which really differentiated G.I. Joe from that which came before. A couple of years ago, IDW Publishing picked up that version of the G.I. Joe property from the point their Marvel series had left off, and three years later, Hama’s version is still going strong. What’s the skinny on America’s daring, highly-trained special missions force 30 years later? Your Major Spoilers review awaits!
REVIEW: Fatale #14
The mysterious Josephine returns to the Fatale series with a Lovecraftian bang. Brubaker and Phillips delve into the backstory of Josephine and Walt Booker, a classic love story full of Nazis, cthulhu monsters, human sacrifices, and old gypsy women. Is it a love story for the ages or one that will be devoured by the Master of R’lyeh himself? More after the jump!

On the Next Major Spoilers Podcast: Calvin and Hobbes
This week, on the Major Spoilers Podcast, we continue or examination of newspaper strips with a look at Calvin and Hobbes.
Calvin and Hobbes is unquestionably one of the most popular comic strips of all time. The imaginative world of a boy and his real-only-to-him tiger was first syndicated in 1985 and appeared in more than 2,400 newspapers when Bill Watterson retired on January 1, 1996. The entire body of Calvin and Hobbes cartoons published in a truly noteworthy tribute to this singular cartoon in The Complete Calvin and Hobbes. Composed of three hardcover, four-color volumes in a sturdy slipcase, this edition includes all Calvin and Hobbes cartoons that ever appeared in syndication. This is the treasure that all Calvin and Hobbes fans seek.
