Forget the time jumping, continuity screwing, reality messing tale that’s occurring in some of those other books.  If you really want your mind tweaked, readers need to check out the latest time jumping, continuity screwing, reality messing tale that’s happening in Booster Gold.  Unlike that other book that doesn’t explain anything, Booster Gold #15, kicks off a new story arc that not only doesn’t explain everything, but does it in a way that makes sense – providing you’ve read the previous 14 issues.

Trips across the country to attend conventions, moving to new digs, trips to the hospital, and the rush to get caught back up with Major Spoilers pale in comparison to the traveling around the universe, trips through time and the rush to try and wrap up 52 in a neat and tidy package. This week my 52 review returns just in the nick of time.

52 – Week 37 – Secret Identities

As much as I have loved reading 52 and making speculations throughout, it is often good know at least one of my wild speculations have paid off. This week offers three big reveals that are really not that big of a surprise if you have been following closely. The first is a no-brainer (look at the subhead), the second is a relief, and the third has been sitting in front of your face for at least six months. For the last 13 weeks, Ralph Dibny has been slowly going crazy over the loss of his wife Sue, and the subsequent desecration of her grave. Last week he tracked down Cassie (Wonder Girl) and was invited into the Cult of Conner to assist in the resurrection of his wife. This issue kicks off with Ralph, dressed in ceremonial garb, taking part in the ceremony.
