This past week, we were teased with a new game system from Nintendo. The Switch promises to be the best of the Wii, WiiU and 3DS combined into one system. Little is known (as of this post) of the price point, battery life, games available on launch, but the hype engine has a lot of people excited about this new gaming system that arrives in March 2017. The BBC has animated a lost Doctor Who adventure, teasers from the upcoming season of Doctor Who have us all excited, and Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them is getting a five movie treatment instead of a three movie deal. Doctor Who and wizards have us all thinking about that all important question, “Who would win in a fight?” VOTE!
As the fall television season finally gets underway, we pause for a moment to ponder the loss of shows that were cancelled/ended before their time. When it comes to the paranormal, Scooby-Doo and the gang of Mystery, Inc. were always able to solve the case by pulling the mask off of Farmer Brown. On the flip side, Mulder and Scully of the F.B.I. were able to speculate and sometimes figure out the case, but often we were left with the notion that the truth is out there. For their defense, Mulder and Scully never had to go against Farmer Brown, nor were they ever teamed with Don Knotts… VOTE!
