Looks like someone had the guts to grab six minutes of David E Kelley’s Wonder Woman pilot and put it online for all to see. Footage from failed Wonder Woman TV pilot by kahramanlarsinemada Two more clips after the jump including that chase scene we saw photos of months ago.

It seems that anytime Stan Lee attaches his name to anything, people automatically grab onto it thinking it will be the next big Spider-Man, or Fantastic Four, or Striperalla.  NBC is hoping to hit that kind of gold again with Lee’s The Guardian Project. If you don’t already know, the Guardian Project is a series of superheroes based on the National Hockey League’s 30 teams.  And with the NHL Championship concluding last night, this seems like the perfect time to roll out the announcement. The conglom has taken a minority equity stake in the property that is being developed as…

During the whole Wonder Woman in pants debacle that plagued David E. Kelley’s pilot for the television series, word started to spread that Wonder Woman would have multiple costumes, including the expected swimsuit version we’ve all known and loved for years. Wonder Woman TV did the leg work and found this pic that shows Adrianne Palicki without pants. via Wonder Woman TV

Looks like we won’t get to see David E. Kelley’s take on Wonder Woman, as NBC has decided to pass on the show, according to the Hollywood Reporter. The drama, produced by Warner Bros. TV, is a reinvention of the iconic DC comic in which Wonder Woman (Adrianne Palicki) is a vigilante crime-fighter in Los Angeles but also a successful corporate executive trying to balance all the elements of her extraordinary life. Joining Palicki is Elizabeth Hurley, Tracie Thoms and Cary Elwes. Jeff Reiner (The Event) directed the pilot. Part of the reason for the pass is lackluster buzz surrounding…

Shooting is going on right now for the television Wonder Woman series.  Someone was on set, and snapped this picture of one of the seat backs, and shows off the logo/symbol for the series. Considering the changes going on in the Wonder Woman comics, I actually don’t mind the new logo.  We’ll see if it shows up in the show or elsewhere in the series. Elizabeth Hurley is on set right now shooting her scenes – take the jump for a look.

In a late breaking, surprise move, NBC television has given the greenlight to David E. Kelley’s Wonder Woman series.  Earlier in the year, NBC had shown interest, but with certain execs leaving, no one would commit to the project.  Now with Bob Greenblatt in place, WBTV has been given the go ahead to take the shelved project and get it into production. The project is described as a reinvention of the iconic D.C. comic in which Wonder Woman — aka Diana Prince — is a vigilante crime fighter in L.A. but also a successful corporate executive and a modern woman trying to balance all…

Haven’t seen a lot of information regarding NBC’s The Cape series in a while, so it is rather surprising to see a new trailer for the show. “The Cape” is a one-hour drama series starring David Lyons (“ER”) as Vince Faraday, an honest cop on a corrupt police force, who finds himself framed for a series of murders and presumed dead. He is forced into hiding, leaving behind his wife, Dana (Jennifer Ferrin, “Life on Mars”) and son, Trip (Ryan Wynott, “Flash Forward”). Fueled by a desire to reunite with his family and to battle the criminal forces that have…

Probably old news by now, but for those who only get your Oliva Munn news from Major Spoilers, here’s a breaking bit of info for you.  Munn has been cast as one of the leads in an NBC pilot called Perfect Couples.  Pilots don’t mean jack in this day and age, so while you may be excited to see Munn break in on the major television networks, I’d suggest you keep your cable subscription to G4TV. via IGN TV

Although you should be warned that it’s not James Garner at the private detective.  Instead, the David Shore penned series will star Dermot Mulroney, who last saw television air time back in 2003 on the series Friends. The new Jim Rockford is described as “slightly crumpled, wry humored, cynical, world weary, compassionate when it’s called for and easily irritated by morons.” There’s one odd spot in the whole series that I see at the moment, that I hope doesn’t become the focus in the series; the character will retain his convict past, which played well for Jim when pulling a…
