LEGO is showing off all manner of cool things at the San Diego Comic Con – including the latest Star Wars set based on the Rancor pit scene from Return of the Jedi.
In addition to the exclusive DC and Marvel Minifigs that are being given away to 4,000 lucky winners at the San Diego Comic Con, LEGO has unveiled all the minifigures headed our way in 2013 for the Marvel and DC superhero lines.
There are a few times when I regret not being able to attend the San Diego Comic Con, and with the latest reveal from LEGO, I’m counting my coins to ensure I have enough when these super exclusive Minifigs land on eBay.
My wallet is already hurting after picking up all of the Lord of the Rings Lego sets a couple of weeks ago, and now it looks like the toy company is about to walk off with more of my money with the first building set from The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey. One of the greatest jobs (slightly under writing for Major Spoilers though) would have to be working at a Lego store. All day you would be surrounded by an infinite amount of possibilities with access to either discounted or free Legos. One employee apparently thinks like I do and built a Portal gun.
Geektyrant is reporting that Warner Bros. has cast the voice actors to play Batman and Superman in the upcoming Lego movie. Take the jump for some details.
