Though I love what Max Fleischer did with Superman, some of the studio’s other works (including Popeye) sometimes went into the wacky weird land in taking liberties with human anatomy. Still, Christmas Comes But Once A Year (1936) is a classic that needs to be analyzed and studied for its hidden brilliance.
