When it comes to space travel, there are a couple of routes you can go.  The first is the safe route, which means it takes 100 years or more to put a colony on the Moon, which is a good thing, because everyone knows the Moon blew up in 1999.  The other is to seek out strange new worlds, and make a buck or two by smuggling spice for the Hutts.  The second is a bit more reckless, but can lead to so much more in the end.  Which brings us to the Major Spoilers Poll of the Week! AWESOME: Things to do in the snow when you are talented

As the snow falls at the Major Spoilers HQ, at some point today, The Boy will ask if we can go out and build a snowman, or some such sculpture.  I hope he doesn’t see this bit of awesome, or I’m done for.

TALK BACK: Django Unchained

The much talked about Quentin Tarantino helmed Django Unchained arrived in theaters today.

With the help of his mentor, a slave-turned-bounty hunter sets out to rescue his wife from a brutal Mississippi plantation owner.

Though you are still probably filled with holiday cheer, we want your honest opinion of the movie.  Did you love it? Did you hate it? Why? Make it deep and meaningful down in the comment section, and don’t let that little spoiler about Shaft shade your view of the flick.
