Back to the Future cast reunite
Yesterday, the cast of Back to the Future gathered for a press event to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the BTTF films (and the Blu-ray release). By coincidence, I was wondering how the film affected Michael J. Fox’s popularity, even though I though he was already on top of the world with Family Ties. If you’ve ever seen a really bad copy of the two one-hour Legends of the Super Heroes television series from 1979 and wished you could own a high quality DVD copy, you’re about to get your wish. Warner Home Video has announced the Legends of the Super Heroes will arrive on DVD on October 19, 2010, and is one of the new On Demand DVD options for U.S. residents. Why only for customers in the U.S.? Because I think it might cause an international incident if it were released anywhere else.

The ninth entry in the popular, ongoing series of DC Universe Animated Original PG-13 Movies arrives Tuesday, September 28 from Warner Home Video.
Produced by Warner Premiere, DC Entertainment and Warner Bros. Animation, Superman/Batman: Apocalypse will be available as a Blu-ray Combo Pack, Special Edition DVD, On Demand and for Download.

All Star Superman is getting the animated treatment, and now we have the first trailer for the film.
I never did finish the Grant Morrison/Frank Quitely book because it didn’t hit me in the right way. This trailer makes the story seem much more interesting, and I may have to read the rest of the series before the movie arrives just to see how much is/was changed.
