Looks like we won’t get to see David E. Kelley’s take on Wonder Woman, as NBC has decided to pass on the show, according to the Hollywood Reporter. The drama, produced by Warner Bros. TV, is a reinvention of the iconic DC comic in which Wonder Woman (Adrianne Palicki) is a vigilante crime-fighter in Los Angeles but also a successful corporate executive trying to balance all the elements of her extraordinary life. Or- “How To Make Your Elseworlds Sell Better…” The new era at DC is really emblemized by the return of Barry Allen (and to a lesser degree, Hal Jordan) from the dead.  After a high-profile relaunch that was pretty disappointing to me, The Flash has found himself at the center of another impending universal catastrophe with two evil twins (one literal, another metaphorical) making things complicated.  As we kick off the event that will pretty much BE DC Comics for the foreseeable future, it’s time to really see whether the “one true Flash” is up to the challenge ahead.

Gotham Garage, the West Coast company that creates custom automobiles, is being sued by Warner Bros. for infringing on its trademarks and copyrights.  At the center of the argument is the Tim Burton inspired Batmobile, that the company sells for $5,500. DC Comics is telling a California District Court that the sale of imitation Batmobiles is likely to confuse the public into believing that the cars are authorized products.
