DC Comics FINALLY comes to the iPad and iPod Touch – Thumbs nose at Marvel with Day and Date release

It came as a big surprise this morning that DC Comics FINALLY got around to offering up their creating a digital comics application for the iPad and iPhone (and iPod Touch).  The application is by ComiXology, the same group that puts out the very well done ComiXology, Marvel, and BOOM! Box 13 gets sequel

A couple of weeks ago, the Major Spoilers Crew took a look at the Box 13 series from ComiXology.  At the time I pondered if there would be a sequel, and shout outs to David Ghallaher returned cryptic answers.  Now we know the reason. If you had your iPad open over the weekend and were checking out the just released apps, chances are you saw and downloaded the BOOM! Studios App for the device.  The BOOM!
