Comic-Con International has announced the Four Day Memberships for the San Diego Comic-Con have completely sold out. “We’ve taken measures to ensure that while Comic-Con may be very busy, we won’t be so crowded that we exceed capacity,” said David Glanzer, spokesperson for the non-profit event. He was quick to point out that people can still register to attend for single days or take advantage of the special Three-Day membership that includes preview night. “Selling out single days, most likely Friday and Saturday, is a definite possibility,” continued Glanzer, “we’re urging people to visit our website and register online now…

JLU Comic Con Exclusive

Well poop.  Like I said earlier, I’m not going to make it to the San Diego Comic Con this year.  If you have never been it is a blast, especially with all the scrambling for exclusive items.  While trollling through the Comic Con website, I found the list of exclusives, and I’m really bummed about not being able to get the JLU 3-pack featuring The Ray.  The $20 exclusive also features the unmasked Shayera Hol. I guarantee I won’t be paying $20.00 for this on eBay as the price will surely shoot up to $60 before the end of the…

Planet ComiCon Photo Diary

Our good friend James from Collector’s Pair of Dice was able to head to Overland Park this past weekend to check out the KC Planet ComiCon. The event was well attended on Saturday and Sunday even with all of the rain that fell over the region. Special guests Jim Lee and David Prowse were able to stick around for both days to sign autographs and have their pictures taken with fans. The panels were terrible soundwise. There were no mics for the panels I attended, and sitting on the second row I couldn’t hear much except for the floor crowd.…
