Fox has given the go ahead to Jared and Jerusha Hess to bring the 2004 hit Napoleon Dynamite to television, as an animated series. Jon Heder and the rest of the co-stars will provide the voices for the characters for the six episodes Fox ordered yesterday. Last week we reported that Steven Spielberg was involved in an attempt to bring the IDW Publishing series Locke & Key to the small screen. As is often the case when early rumors start creeping out of H’wood, things are going to change. The latest rumor surrounding the Wolverine 2 movie has Darren Aronofsky in talks to direct the feature film. If it were true, it would the second time the director and Hugh Jackman have teamed for a comic book movie. Actress Rose Byrne is in negotiations with 20th Century Fox to star as Dr. Moira MacTaggert, a scientist who specializes on genetic mutation, in X-Men: First Class. The Matthew Vaughn film already has Michael Fassbender, Kevin Bacon, Jennifer Lawrence, Nicholas Hoult, and Alice Eve in the cast.
