This is not a list of ‘the greatest animated shows’ just the greatest opening sequences! What follows is a list of animated show intros, each more awesome than the last.

And so for the first time WoTC has dedicated a whole supplement detailing the Jewel of the North. …which has been hit by a meteor.
It has come to my attention that most of the decks I’ve showcased in this column include green. And why not? Green is a great facilitator! It easily increases and fixes your mana so you can cast as many rhinos as you want. That said, I’m down for something different, how about something artifacty in blue?
I used to play a Halfling Monk back when I was in college. As it turned out I made a lot of thematic choices that made the character really powerful, which is nice. Unfortunately, as my poor karatehobbit found out, sometimes you can make thematic choices that completely screw you over.

Here’s the trailer for the sequel series to Avatar: The Last Air Bender The trailer premiered on Saturday, but the show is expected to air sometime in 2012 – either the spring or summer and run 26 episodes.
New details about the next Magic: The Gathering block emerged at San Diego.
Magic 2012 is here and it looks to be an excellent core set so far. One of the cards that I’m most excited about is Adaptive Automaton, since it gives us a ‘lord’ creature for any tribe. What does that mean? Well, that means that you can throw an eighth elf lord into your elfball deck, but it also means that creature types that previously were not covered can now get some +1/+1 action.
