Using a process developed Bomb-xx by Gain Enterprises, look for Robert Kirkman’s Invincible to make its appearance on the iTunes, mobile phones, MTV 2 and other places in the coming months.  Gain Enterprises takes scans from the original comic and then animates them (nothing too fancy that can’t be done in After Effects and some word balloons) for audiences. The first 12 episodes will cover the first four issues of the series.  Look for the first six episodes to hit the web during Comic-Con, followed by a wide release in August. Marvel has announced Invincible Iron Man #3 by Matt Fraction and Salvador Larroca is going back to press for a second printing featuring a different rendition of the Iron Man armor. While the issue may be gone at the distributor level, you may still be able to find the first printing at your LCS.

Hellboy II: The Golden Army came out on the top of the heap this weekend, bringing in an estimated $35.9 million at the box office.  I went to check the movie out on Friday, and while it was a very good movie, I still like the first Hellboy flick better.  The acting was great, the makeup and special effects superb, but for some reason Hellboy II felt a whole lot like the first Men in Black movie.  I think it had something to do with the background gags and music.
