Bettie’s next stop on her dimension-hopping quest finds her six inches tall… with gossamer wings. Can one tiny adorable sprite stop the most powerful creatures in the multiverse from throwing it all into chaos and destruction?

STACY: This story has been like a fever dream, and it looks like that will continue. Great fun and you should always have fun!

Writer: Rick Remender
Artist: Moreno Dinisio and Matteo Scalera
Publisher: Image Comics
Cover Price: $3.99
SOLICITATION: SERIES FINALE! “NO AUTHORITY BUT YOURSELF,” Conclusion: Grant McKay has seen everything there ever was, is, and could conceivably be, but he still has one final choice to make. This is it. The end of RICK REMENDER and MATTEO SCALERA’s seminal science fiction epic-featuring a stunning wraparound variant cover from ANDREW ROBINSON! Don’t miss it for the world.

CHRISTOPHER: This is going to be an exciting conclusion to a great series. Perhaps this isn’t the issue to jump into the storyline being the series finale but a must series if you like science fiction.

Writer: Tim Seeley
Artist: Brett Booth
Publisher: Valiant Entertainment LLC
Cover Price: $3.99
Bloodshot is back with a few new thrilling tricks up his sleeve!
No amount of high-octane explosions can keep Bloodshot from completing his new mission.
Who is the mysterious BLACK BAR, and what do they want with Bloodshot?

STACY: Bloodshot is a longtime favorite of mine. This is a great chance to jump on a new title with one of the most recognizable heroes in the Valiant Universe.

Writer: Sam Humphries
Artist: Joe Quinones
Publisher: DC Comics
Cover Price: $3.99
SOLICITATION: Now a 12-issue series! What happened when Metropolis became the city of a thousand heroes? Get the inside story through the eyes of the ordinary people transformed by the powerful H-Dial into heroes you’ve never seen before!

MATTHEW: There have been a lot of Dial H reboots, but few of them have captured the joyful, goofy zeal of the original like this one. I’d love to see it become an ongoing.

Writer: Matt Kindt
Artist: David Rubin
Publisher: Dark Horse Comics
Cover Price: $3.99
SOLICITATION: Matt Kindt! David Rubín! From New York Times–bestselling Mind MGMT creator Matt Kindt and Black Hammer’s David Rubín comes the third installment of this fantasy adventure thats Sherlock Holmes meets Dr. Seuss. The Faerie King’s daughter is missing, and only portal jumper Boone Dias can track her down. Jumping from one magical crime scene to another, he uncovers a bizarre plot featuring assassin eggs, weird pirates, ice deserts, and more noir absurdities. Pinups by Gabriel Walta, Kevin Nowlan, Paul Azaceta, and more!

INGRID: Ether is a pretty trippy book. It may not be for everyone, but if you like a detective story set in a strange magical universe with some pretty odd characters and an even weirder plot, this is a book to consider. Plus the art is really cool. This is a new arc, so it’s as good a jumping on point as you’re going to get.

Writer: Stjepan Sejic
Artist: Stjepan Sejic
Publisher: DC Comics
Cover Price: $7.99
“The road to hell is paved with good intentions. On that road I saw a pale man, and he smiled at me…” Dr. Harleen Quinzel has discovered a revolutionary cure for the madness of Gotham City-she just needs to prove it actually works. But with the criminal justice and mental health establishments united against her, the brilliant young psychologist must take drastic measures to save Gotham from itself. Witness Harleen’s first steps on a doomed quest that will give birth to the legendary super-villain Harley Quinn in this stunning reimagining of Harley and The Joker’s twisted and tragic love affair by visionary storyteller Stjepan Sejic (AQUAMAN: UNDERWORLD, SUICIDE SQUAD, Sunstone).

CHRISTOPHER: This book has a steep price tag and that gives me some reservations. However, Stejpan has done good work in other titles and I’m willing to give it a chance.

MATTHEW: I’m very skeptical of an eight dollar price tag and more than a little worried about the ‘Black Label’ imprint on it, but I still kind of want to read this book based on the creator and character involved.

STACY: Harley Quinn gets a shot of the Black Label treatment and a long needed update of her origin. This one looks to be one not to miss.

STEPHEN: This is not only a stunningly beautiful book, it is also one that is totally worth the $7.99 cover price. It is a Black Label title, so be aware that it isn’t going to be G-rated fare.

Writer: Ryan Parrott
Artist: Daniele Di Nicuolo
Publisher: BOOM! Studios
Cover Price: $3.99
SOLICITATION: NECESSARY EVIL continues as the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers finally come face to face with the Mastermind behind all of their recent problems-the evil Lord Zedd. Meanwhile, the newly launched Omega Power Ranger team is stranded on an unfamiliar planet with no hope of getting home!

MATTHEW: This book is actually better than the material that inspired it, and the two-fold mystery between the Power Rangers books is really engaging. Here’s hoping it has a meaningful ending.

Writer: Brandon Montclare
Artist: Alitha E. Martinez
Publisher: Marvel Comics
Cover Price: $3.99
SOLICITATION: AT LAST! Reed Richards FINALLY meets his match! The long-anticipated ULTIMATE battle of the biggest brains in the Marvel U comes to a close!

INGRID: Moon Girl is bold, daring, and incredibly smart, and have I mentioned that I like dinosaurs on general principles? The Fantastic Four have recently moved to Yancy Street, and now Lunella is squaring off against Mr. Fantastic in a brain battle for who is the smartest. This just sounds like so much fun!
