BOW BEFORE DOOM! No, really, he would appreciate some respect. Does he deserve it? Let’s find out as we review Fantastic Four #9 from Marvel Comics.

Fantastic Four #9
Writer: Dan Slott
Artists: Aaron Kuder, Stefano Caselli, Paco Medina
Publisher: Marvel Comics
Cover Price: $3.99
“WHAT PRICE VICTORY?”
• One cruel act will forever change the relationship between the Fantastic Four and Victor Von Doom.
• The fate of Latveria and of the world and the balance of Cosmic Power in the Universe all rests on one decision!
• All will be revealed in the terrifying final chapter of “Herald of Doom”!

I like most all of what Slott is doing here, but for some reason, it all feels a little too on-the-nose for me? I like the art a lot, though, and the team dynamic feels solid. Matthew's Thoughts
Not a bad issue. Really flowed for the most part, though at times it felt rather jumbled. Overall, not having read the previous issues, I was able to understand everything that was going on, and that is a plus for writer Dan Slott.Stephen's Thoughts
