I still haven’t read the recent return of the Fantastic Four, but I’m one hundred percent on-board with the decision to return black uniforms.  For many years, the FF wore powder blue uniforms that looked okay, but the John Byrne-era retake of the same fifties-future jumpsuit with white-on-black unstable molecules rather than black-on-blue was a game-changer for me.  I know you can’t judge a book by its cover, but you can often judge a Fantastic Four reboot by it’s redesigns, leading to today’s coverall query…

The MS-QOTD (pronounced, as always, “misquoted”) still hates the James Robinson-era red uniforms completely, though, asking: How do you prefer the FF’s uniforms of unstable molecules: Black or Blue?

Ruthless efficiency! An almost fanatical devotion to pop culture! And a nice red uniform.
