Somi Gan, of planet Lallor, was exiled with her fellow mutants due to their strange powers.  Manipulated by a man named Mardon King into believing that the Legion Of Super-Heroes was a terrible totalitarian threat, she and her fellow Heroes Of Lallor oppose them.  Though you have to wonder how they had never heard of the LSH in their weird corner of the galaxy, you can’t blame heroes whose lives were ruined by an iron-fisted dictatorship for wanting to take down another (or at least what Mardon claimed was another dictatorship.)  Their hearts were in the right places, even if their thought processes were a tiny bit on the slow side…
