For the last couple of years, comiXology has created a really cool collectible in the form of its Comic Book All Star Trading Cards. This year, at the New York Comic Con, the digital comic shopping and reading service is putting YOU on the card with your favorite creators.

Placing the spotlight on fans, comiXology is putting a twist on their popular trading card promotion with this year’s Comic Book All Star photo booth. Fans now have the opportunity to get their photo taken with their favorite comic book creators during specified times, or take a solo photo all weekend long, and join #TeamComics. Whether posing with creators, solo, or with a friend, this photo opportunity is a celebration of comics culture. Participants will receive a print of the photo and also their card digitally to share via social media.

“We’ve had incredible success with our Comic Book All Stars Trading Cards. Now we’re putting the focus on fans to show our appreciation by making them a part of our Comic Book All Stars Trading Cards,” said comiXology co-founder and CEO David Steinberger. “Everyone loves a selfie, especially one with glamorous lighting, right? I encourage fans to stop by our trading card photo booth to take their photo and pose with the talented people who craft the stories we love.”
