Alright, Faithful Spoilerite: You and I, we’re gettin’ hypothetical tattoos right now!  I’m finally getting that V.I.N.Cent from ‘The Black Hole’ on my bicep, so now we gotta figure out yours.  Don’t worry that you’re not the type to get inked or that you’ll regret it later: This the MS-QOTD, where it always works out fine, your crush loves you back and coffee actually tastes as wonderful as it smells! We’re besties in a world where the air smells like warm root beer and this will be painless t’boot, so just play along with today’s indelible query, already…

About Author

Once upon a time, there was a young nerd from the Midwest, who loved Matter-Eater Lad and the McKenzie Brothers... If pop culture were a maze, Matthew would be the Minotaur at its center. Were it a mall, he'd be the Food Court. Were it a parking lot, he’d be the distant Cart Corral where the weird kids gather to smoke, but that’s not important right now... Matthew enjoys body surfing (so long as the bodies are fresh), writing in the third person, and dark-eyed women. Amongst his weaponry are such diverse elements as: Fear! Surprise! Ruthless efficiency! An almost fanatical devotion to pop culture! And a nice red uniform.

  1. Daniel Langsdale on

I was thinking a crossword, so that people could try and solve the puzzle of me. Although, to that end, maybe a word search would work better, one of those word searches where the leftover letters spell out a secret extra message.

  2. For about 20 years or so, I’ve wanted a tattoo based on the one Shang Chi has, with the Yin-Yang and a dragon wrapped around the arm. Just thought that was awesome, but I have never had the spare funds to afford something that extravagant when even a small tattoo is pretty pricey.

For smaller tats, it has actually been a long time plan of mine to get the Doctor Who Seal of Rassilon.

  3. Probably nothing obvious. I got a rule that if I ever get a tattoo, it would be all out, full color back covering picture, in yakuza style. I could include a hint or two about something nerdy in that.

  4. I would want the triforce on the back of my hand. The triangle representing courage would be brighter than the other two triangles

  5. Give me an Iron-Fist tattoo, except probably on my hip like Wu Ao-Shi. Who better to emulate then the Pirate-Queen-Kung-Fu-Badass Iron fist?
