Captain Marvel, Carol Danvers, may be the first character in the Marvel Universe to actually really own the name. (And I say that as someone who was around during Mar-Vell’s waning days at the end of the 1970s; there’s a reason he was killed, and he is much more memorable as “The Guy That Died” than he was in any of his often-retooled personas.) That said, there’s just something about the name “Ms. Marvel” that is wonderful. It’s pure 1970s, invoking the Equal Rights Act, her sheer power and (somehow) ‘One Day At A Time.’ Still, being named as The Girl Version of another hero is legitimately a problematic trend in comic books, leading us to today’s Farrah-haired query…
The MS-QOTD (pronounced, as always, “misquoted”) always thought that “Lady Whatever” sounded really cool, and “She-Whatsit” didn’t always, asking: Which ‘She’, ‘Ms.’ or ‘Lady’ hero names are legitimately awesome regardless of their problematic nature?

She-Dragon, because you can almost pair anything with the word dragon and it will be awesome.
Ms. Dragon sounds pretty cool as well…
