With the success of Legion, it makes sense that more X-Men shows are headed to the small screen. Fox released the first teaser trailer for Marvel’s The Gifted, scheduled to debut this fall.

The Gifted revolves around a suburban couple (Amy Acker, Stephen Moyer) whose ordinary lives are rocked by the sudden discovery that their children possess mutant powers. Forced to go on the run from a hostile government, the family joins up with an underground network of mutants and must fight to survive. Natalie Alyn Lind, Percy Hynes White, Blair Redford, Jamie Chung, Sean Teale, Cody Bell and Emma Dumont round out the cast.

Be on the lookout for the full trailer coming on May 15, 2017.

While this short teaser has me interested to see how far the series will go, I can’t help but wonder if Push would have been a better show to bring to the small screen. What do you think?
