[Solicitations] Deadpool Kills the Marvel Universe… AGAIN!

You can never have too much Deadpool – especially when the Merc with a Mouth is killing the Marvel Universe… again. Marvel has announced yet another Deadpool takes on everyone in the Marvel U series that arrives in July.

The five-issue mini-series is written by Cullen Bunn – who continues to write everything on the comic rack these days – with art by Dalibor Talajic.

Remember the time Deadpool went a little TOO crazy and killed the entire Marvel Universe? Well, this isn’t that. This is a DIFFERENT time Deadpool went a little too crazy and killed the entire Marvel Universe. So strap in, because the Merc With a Mouth is taking out all of your favorites in the most horrific ways possible. Heroes. Villains. It doesn’t matter to Deadpool one bit! But trust us, it’s going to hurt him more than it hurts you…and you’re going to love it!

“Writing [the original] DEADPOOL KILLS THE MARVEL UNIVERSE was such a blast for me, so of course I wanted to return to that well at some point.” says writer Cullen Bunn in an interview with Marvel.com. “I wouldn’t have pursued it though, unless I thought we have a new kind of story to tell and some interesting and unexpected angles to explore. The tale that we’re presenting here definitely gives us something new and exciting, so it’s time to pull the trigger!”

Are you excited for this series? Will you grab the mini-series off the racks and thrust money into the hands of your LCS clerk before running out of the store scream, “Mine! Mine! ALL MINE!”? Inquiring Spoilerites want to know…
