A square bound, Prestige Format one-shot, ‘Devil’s Workshop’ gives us a novice Batman, operating in the year 1907.  Thanks to Bruce Wayne’s society contacts, he comes into contact with (and learns to improve his escapology and lockpicking skills from) the legendary Houdini himself.  It’s an interesting take on Batman, in an unusual timeframe, featuring not only Houdini, but Tom Mix and a ton of historical background…
