10) “ONE PUNCH!”

1987 was a banner year for the Dark Knight, coming off the game-changing Frank Miller miniseries and founding a new incarnation of the Justice League on a post-Crisis New Earth.  The presence of obnoxious Green Lantern Guy Gardner made that a difficult proposition, leading to the moment that forever endeared the Caped Crusader to his new teammates: Decking Gardner with a single, effortless shot in the face.  It was one of the truly perfect moments of Bruce Wayne’s career, as he not only united his new team with the power of swift and blinding violence, the head injury left Guy a much more agreeable hero, a win-win for the all involved.
