For eight seasons, Cartoon Network’s Regular Show entertained audiences with its weird adventures and crazy antics. The network announced the animated series will end in January 2017.
“Making ‘Regular Show’ has been so much fun,” said show creator J.G. Quintel. “We got to tell all of the stories we wanted to tell, and making the choice to go out exactly how we want to go out. We’re so proud and excited for people to see how we’re wrapping things up in a big, big way. We’re bringing everything full circle.”

All things must come to an end, and though there will be plenty of people upset by this news, it is better to have eight seasons of something you love, rather than eight seasons of something you love, followed by six seasons of content that slid down hill.
On the plus side, keep a lookout for future Regular Show comics, as I’m sure those will get a bump in the coming months.
