The Suicide Squad movie arrives in just a few weeks, and wouldn’t you know it, the first comic book appearance of Harley Quinn has landed on the auction block at Heritage Auctions.

Harley Quinn was created by Paul Dini and Bruce Timm way back 1992 – a time when many of you may not have been born, but that is okay, it wasn’t the best of time, kids, we had to listen to Garth Brooks.  On the plus side, we had Batman: The Animated Series, and soon we had Batman Adventures, and in issue #12, Harley Quinn appeared.

Wow, quite a lot for such relatively new book. Only new one I can think of that’s skyrocketed more is Walking Dead #1.
