The adult coloring book craze continues to offer another alternative to sell comics, and Zenescope Entertainment is headed to the San Diego Comic Con this week, with Robyn Hood: I Love NY #1 in a limited edition coloring version.

Jennifer Bermel, editor of the coloring book series for Zenescope commented, “Our coloring books have been so well received that we wanted to create a coloring comic in the single issue format. After all the single issue is what got us where we are today. There is no better character to do this with than Robyn Hood. Robyn’s return to New York gives coloring fans really great art to work with.”

A few years ago, this would have simply be titled a black and white artist’s edition of the comic, but it looks like Zenescope has figured out a way to switch this up a bit and get in on the coloring book trend.

If you want to get your hands on this issue, you’ll need to head to the Zenescope Booth (#2301).
