With the release of ‘Kung-Fu Panda 3’, the cartoon trilogy that I never expected to like, much less expected to get a sequel, is complete. Maybe it’s the excellence of the voice cast, or the fun, sprightly story-lines, or maybe it’s just Jack Black riffing, but as soon as I saw the original KFP, I wanted more of that world, the same way I wanted more of ‘Big Hero 6’, more of ‘Shrek,’ and the way I didn’t ever want to see more of ‘The Smurfs.’ Indeed, thinking about which cartoon movie flick is most deserving of a sequel is a difficult proposition, leading us to today’s Electric Boogaloo query…
The MS-QOTD (pronounced, as always, “misquoted”) is happy to finally hear about more of ‘The Incredibles’, but really wants to see more of ‘The Iron Giant’, asking: What animated favorite do you think is most deserving of a sequel?

I still want more Young Justice, but I don’t think that really counts as a sequel as much as picking up where it left off.
I really want to see Wreck-It Ralph get a sequel. A proper theatrical sequel and not a crappy direct-to-video sequel. I really enjoyed the movie and think there is plenty of potential for more stories in the setting.
Justice League Unlimited. With tons of characters and stories with rotating team. As a video game fan, I also agree with Wreck-It Ralph.
Wall-E.
