Last year at the San Diego Comic Con, fans were able to pick up a very unique Batman action figure based on the line art of Jim Lee. DC Collectibles is doing it again, this time with Superman.

The Jim Lee Blueline Superman will feature a pencil sketch style that looks really interesting from some angles, and really odd from other angles.  Regardless, the 6.75-inch figure will be released to comic and speciality shops in June for a mere $40.00.

Comic Book Resources landed the first images of the figure.

What do you think? Worth picking up, or is this one a pass for you?

  1. Pretty cool, I’ll get it if I don’t have anything more important to get when it comes out. If it was Curt Swan or John Byrne, I’d be all over it.
