David. The Thinker. Darth Vader. Yoda. Two timeless sculptures. Two timeless film characters. No longer will art forms separate them thanks to Travis Durden.

Durden (not the creator’s pseudonym) has mashed together fine art sculptures known the world over with a film property that is once again taking the world by storm. Based off sculpture the artists saw at the louvre, Durden then digitally sculpted this mashup series with face sculpts based off four different Star Wars characters.

Designboom also previously highlighted artist Blank William for his series creating Stormtropper helmets for the animal kingdom to wear, which is a must see.
