While I was a little disappointed with the Sideshow Collectibles IGOR figure, Bluefin and Comicove Studios have teamed to release a super alloy 1/12th scale figure in North America.

Comicave Studios Iron Man Mark XXXVIII “Igor”; 1/12 Scale
The Super Alloy 1/12 Scale Igor from Iron Man 3 is a fully articulated figurine with interchangeable accessories, and LED light features in the eyes and chest. Designed as a heavy lifting suit, the Mark XXXVIII (38) is capable of lifting massive objects up to ten times its size.

Additional Iron Man “Igor” figure features include:

· 75% metal alloy figure
· Over 60 points of articulation.
· LED lighted eyes and chest Arc Reactor
· Approximate figure height is 8 inches
· Approximate figure weight is nearly 4lbs
· Ball-jointed neck, shoulders, and shoulder pads

Plastic may keep things light, but the weight of a metal figure gives a statue like this one some real “oomph”. Unfortunately, the figure is only 8-inches tall, and will set you back $185.00.

In the information sent to us from Bluefin, there is no specific release date, so check with your local comic and hobby shop if you want to get your hands on this figure.
