Time for everyone to reorganize their calendars and infographics to make room for even more Marvel movies.
Marvel has announced that Ant-Man is getting a sequel that is now part of Phase 3 plans. Titled “Ant-Man and the Wasp”, the announcement seems to be an encouraging sign that Marvel is paying attention to fans who want strong female characters who are not shoved to the side in the third act.
“Ant-Man and the Wasp” is scheduled to arrive in theaters on July 6, 2018. That release has caused Black Panther and Captain Marvel’s release date to be changed. Black Panther is now set to arrive on February 16, 2018, with Captain Marvel getting a March 8, 2019 release.
Marvel also took the time to announce the dates of three untitled movies that will arrive on May 1, 2020, July 10, 2020, and Nov. 6, 2020. With all the genre ending doom-sayers roaming the streets and the Internet, Disney and Marvel Entertainment seem to be brushing it all off. I’m okay with this, as more superhero movies spread the good word about comic books.

I want to see Giant Man or Goliath in one of these movies.
