Are you ready for the Burning Legion’s return in Blizzard’s World of Warcraft?  The big story and first major trailer for the game expansion was released yesterday, and more than a few WoW fans are excited.

This did make me long for the days of staying up until 4:00 AM to play World of Warcraft, however most, if not all, of my free time is spent working to make the Major Spoilers complete experience the best it can be for all of you. I’m going to have to wait for dedicated fans to use the comment section to share their thoughts on this latest trailer.

Currently play it – I’m interested, I love the story of Illidan and hope they are finding a way to redeem him.

I’m casually interested, but I’m waiting until further details come out before I decide if I’m excited or not. I don’t play WoW regularly (though mostly because medical bills eat up the majority of my funds), but I enjoy following the lore and the progression of the stories from within the setting.

Honestly, I LOVE the lore of Warcraft and I really wish I could get into WoW like I was years ago when it launched. Sadly I just fell out of love with the games mechanics and design direction. Everything ends with Raids and infinite Dailies. I just don’t have time for that mess anymore. If it was more of a City of Heroes style game philosophy where everything was small groups in their own story driving instances with the phasing of WoW used to its full potential that would be right up my alley. But I think I’m in the minority there. I wish them the best of luck with it though and hope it makes lots of players happy.
