Wizard World, Inc. (OTCBB: WIZD) continues its 2015 schedule at Wizard World Comic Con San Jose, September 4-6. Ian Somerhalder (“The Vampire Diaries”), Bruce Campbell (The Evil Dead, “Burn Notice”), Billy Boyd (The Lord of the Rings Trilogy), Dean Cain (“Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman,” Vendetta ), WWE® Diva Paige, Scott Wolf (“Party of Five,” “The Night Shift”), Toby Kebbell ( Dawn of the Planet of the Apes, Fantastic Four ), Michael Cudlitz (“The Walking Dead”), Brett Dalton (“Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D”), Jason Mewes ( Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back) headline the roster of celebrity guests scheduled to attend the pop culture extravaganza.
Campbell, Boyd, Wolf, Cudlitz, Dalton will appear on Saturday and Sunday, September 5-6; Somerhalder and Paige are set to appear on Saturday; Mewes and Cain will attend Friday through Sunday.
Other well-known Wizard World Comic Con San Jose guests include Adrienne Barbeau (Creepshow ), and Superstars Sin Cara® and Kalisto®, Michael Rooker ( Guardians of the Galaxy), James Marsters (“Buffy The Vampire Slayer”), Ted Raimi (Spider-Man 1, 2, & 3 ), Lou Ferrigno (“The Incredible Hulk”), Chris 51 (“Epic Ink”), and Jason David Frank (“Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers”).
Wizard World is also the home of the most creative comics artists and writers on the planet. In addition, all full-price Wizard World Comic Con San Jose attendees will receive a limited edition exclusive variant cover “The Walking Dead” comic, drawn by one of Wizard World’s talented artist guests (to be announced shortly). Comics will be issued at registration while supplies last and VIP attendees will receive an additional black & white sketch version.
Wizard World Comic Con events bring together thousands of fans of all ages to celebrate the best in pop-fi, pop culture, movies, graphic novels, cosplay, comics, television, sci-fi, toys, video gaming, gaming, original art, collectibles, contests and more. The 16th of 26 events currently scheduled on the 2015 Wizard World calendar, San Jose show hours are Friday, September 4, 3 p.m. – 8 p.m.; Saturday, September 5, 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.; Sunday, September 6, 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Wizard World Comic Con San Jose is also the place for cosplay, with fans young and old showing off their best costumes throughout the event. Fans dressed as every imaginable character – and some never before dreamed – will roam the convention floor and participate in the famed Wizard World Costume Contest on Saturday night.
